How to Assemble Confetti Balloon:

• Blow Balloon to desired Size then tie bottom into a knot
• Tie Balloon Knotted Bottom around the Balloon Holder
• Take the Balloon Holder and insert the Regular Straw into the Bottom Holder
• Take the Balloon Holder and Insert into Straw w/Stars
• Take Balloon Glue Dot and apply on Top Tip of Straw w/Stars.
• Take Satin Bow and apply on Balloon Dot
